As you know that i am a monk, just a boy who already pass and leave the dorm. Now, leading a company with big equity. Its not easy, Leader must direct and take over all effect of the company.
The science / knowledge in Religion help me more in this duties, but its really different either being leader in religion or leader in company. There are something that need to be teaches. You know, even i just a man behind the scene but it heavier than a man in the real acting.
Lets take some summary of my main tasks.
huft, it seems so hectic, really its so hectic, as a single, i think its doesn't matter for me to be always sleep at the morning, when others was called by their wife, i stay to do my works, hemmm :D
They said, "Sir, please be fatter," then i just give them smile, i was though that my brain is preferable than that.
But, while i saw on my religion, being hectic in the worldly life is wrong, getting wife maybe the solutions, but i can;t choose my own destiny, just a little of them (women) who can understanding me, even my mother said that "sampean itu selalu keluar dalil, jadi mereka akan takut" (you always talking the rules, so they little bit scare", i said, needless to be scare of me, religion rules is basic rules.
In my life, its all so super, i am superior in many things, technical or managerial, its my excess, maybe it makes them always said that iam a robot, a digital things, si mbah, the master, but i never perceiving that, iam just a human, a monk, as you all.
I speak and think as an old man, hmmm. .. really, its just an effect of my environment, my friends are master in religion, and in technical / programming, my friends are master too, so, its obviously understanding right ?
Woman should be advised and directed every time, yes, they are weak in religion. Hopefully a woman understanding me, care to me, assume me that i am just a human so i can give her full of my heart.

- Manage daily operations, deciding some critical issue, manage risk, negotiate to make deal/
- Study for new market, new technology, new trends, conduct with customer needs,
- Manage customer
- Always exploring business idea, framing the idea, crafting it and make it into task work
- Thinking to make growth strategy, analyzing market, forecasting business climate trends, positioning of my brand, design the marketing strategy, establish and manage the budget and pricing.
- Thinking and make regulation / company policy, assembling the responsibility matrix plan, setting the ground rules, manage resource distribution, etc ..
