Google Start Using NFC on Android (google wallet), Blackberry followed

Google Wallet is will be launched. When it launches, you’ll be able to use Citi® MasterCard® cards and the Google Prepaid Card with it, it will simplify your cars into one device.


When you see this simbol, you just need to put it near by the device, than you paid it automatically. Its like your boarding pass, access-pass card, or other smart cards.

The Technology that they use is near field communication, or NFC, its a short-range wireless technologies, a part (an active side) can generate RF (radio frequency) to power the passive side (target part). Its just designed Pear to Pear (p2p) only. Its works in three modes :
a. Reader/Writer mode, the device is active than reads the passive device (RFID).
b. Pear 2 Pear, among them communication only, both can exchange data.
c. Card emulations

At launch, Google Wallet will be compatible with Nexus S 4G by Google, available on Sprint. Over time, we plan on expanding support to more phones.
